Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

We have a “Money Back Guarantee” as we are absolutely sure you’ll love all of our products in the Wildfang range!

To make sure we cover all the bases for returns and refunds, we do have to have a few rules around this process.

For a start, if there’s any issues at all, we will need all of these details from you before we start.

• Your reason or issue.
• Your order number.
• Share your preferred contact details.
• Specify the product name, size, batch number, and expiry date.
• Attach at least one photo.

• Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned to Wildfang warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria at the expense of the customer.
• Refunds processed within 7 days of authorisation.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment gateway used for the purchase.
• All returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
