Shipping policy

Wildfang Shipping within Australia:

We dispatch all Wildfang Bars across Australia from our warehouse using Australia Post. The shipping cost for orders up to $100 is determined at checkout based on current domestic rates, specific to your location. Orders exceeding $100 enjoy free shipping. (yes, free!)

International Shipping:

At this stage, Wildfang is only available to Australian customers. We will be available internationally soon.

Tracking your delivery:

Upon placing an order with Wildfang, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Your order will then undergo automatic processing at our warehouse, followed by picking, packing, and preparation for pickup.

Once picked up, you will receive another email containing your order's tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey to your location. You will also receive notifications when your order is "Out for delivery" and when it has been "Delivered."

Delivery Addresses:

We strive to ensure that your order reaches the provided address accurately. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. It is advisable to have someone present to accept the delivery, or ensure there is a secure location to leave it if you are unavailable during business hours.
